RETURN & EXCHANGES

We want you to be happy with your product from River & Goma.
We stand behind the quality of each item we offer. If something does not meet your expectations please let us know.

Returns - all sales are final however you can return your item for exchange.
Exchanges - we offer one free size exchange per order within 14 days after the product has been received.

Please do not remove the hang tag; once the tag is removed, the item is no longer eligible for return/exchange.
Trying it on for sizing is welcome; however, items that have been worn or used cannot be returned.

Any claims for damaged, defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days. Orders cannot be refunded.
